What are the prices for it?
*Pastel flat color job = $8
*Flat color + Cel Shading = $10 - $15 according to complexity
*Rendered Shading = $20 - $30 according to complexity
*Inking = $10 - $15

If your commission is going to be NSFW, add + $5 to the final price.
